Where do I start!! I just bought a used Ram 1500 after shopping for 3 weeks. The moment I drive onto the lot you could see the lineup was good all the vehicles looked in order. Nobody rushed me. I walked in casually and Ben Leyba helped me. He was excellent in communications. Allow me to check the vehicle. I inspected the engine. Chest drove all around great experience when it came to the purchase. It felt like he was negotiating for me to try to get me the right vehicle that fit my needs for my business. I recently purchased a new 2024 Ram 2500 from Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram and had a good overall experience. The team did their best to get us in and out quickly, which I really appreciated, and they were willing to work with us on the price to make the deal happen. The truck had a few scratches on it when we looked it over, and I asked if they could adjust the price a bit more because of that. They said they couldn’t come down any further, but they did offer to touch up and buff the scratches for me, which was a fair compromise and worked for me. Anton was very friendly, honest, and easy to work with throughout the process — no pressure and very straightforward. Overall, I’m happy with the purchase and would recommend checking them out if you’re in the market for a new vehicle.
