My husband and I went to Premier of Harvey on April 20, 2026 to look at trucks and the salesman Barry Spahr help us out. Barry showed us a few trucks and my husband Paul found the one he wanted. Well on April 21, 2026 we bought our new 2026 Dodge Ram 1500 Hurricane Big Horn. Barry was very helpful and explained everything about the truck. Car shopping can definitely feel intimidating at times, but he made the entire process feel so natural, comfortable, and stress-free. He was patient, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions and made sure I felt confident every step of the way. His professionalism and genuine attitude truly made the experience enjoyable. We were in New Orleans for vacation. When traveling to New Orleans we hit a bird that knock off the driver side mirror. Royal was able to get the parts in and get it fixed prior to our heading home. Great customer service!

My experience with Premier Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram of Harvey has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. Over the past year, I have brought my high-performance Scat Pack vehicle to this dealership at least four separate times for the same issue. Despite this, the problem has never been properly fixed. Instead, they have billed my warranty company over $18,000 in repairs, with absolutely nothing to show for it. Each visit resulted in my car being kept for months at a time, adding up to nearly 13 months of delays, excuses, and unresolved issues. For a dealership that claims to service performance vehicles, it is clear they do not have properly trained or competent technicians to handle them. Customer service is just as bad as the repairs. I escalated my concerns to a manager, hoping for some level of accountability. Instead, I was met with complete disregard. The manager asked for my phone number and said he would check with service and call me back “in a few minutes.” However, he never once asked for my name or any vehicle information, which made it obvious he had no intention of actually looking into my situation. As expected, hours passed and I never received a call back. Communication is poor, follow-up is nonexistent, and no one takes responsibility. I felt completely ignored as a customer. After wasting so much time and dealing with repeated failures, I had no choice but to take my vehicle to another Dodge dealership to have the issue properly addressed. I strongly do NOT recommend this dealership for service or purchasing a vehicle. Save yourself the time, money, and frustration.

I visited the dealership because my Jeep Grand Cherokee was having issues—it was running very sluggishly—so I left it there. I was assisted by (Vickie) I went a whole month without my vehicle; I called every week, but she wouldn't give me any updates. In the third week, she told me that the part had arrived and that the vehicle would be ready for pickup the following day. When I called again the next day, she informed me that my Jeep actually had an oil leak. I told her that my Jeep hadn't been leaking before—and that if it *was* leaking now, the mechanic must have caused it. I got angry, and she responded to me very rudely before hanging up the phone. A week later—by which point the Jeep had already been at the dealership for a month—Vicky finally told me that the vehicle was ready and the problem had been fixed, stating that the amount due was $700.00. However, when I arrived to pick it up, I was told the total was $1,200. I asked (Vickie )why the bill had gone up, and she spoke to me very harshly and treated me very poorly. My Jeep still has the exact same problem. I will not be returning to that dealership ever again; their mechanical service is incompetent, and they treat their customers terribly. Vickie is not good customer services.
