Tom was great! He had the exact car I was looking for!! I test drove it and it was a dream. I got the car about 2 weeks later after all the paperwork was finalized. He was professional and went above and beyond to ensure I got the keys in my hand!! My only recommendation is to be patient!! Tom is a busy guy but always gets it done. I couldn't be happier with my wheels. And he's going to look over my old car and hopefully give me a good price for it! One stop shop! Highly recommend working with Tom. Bought a car from them and an issue arose with the vehicle shortly after. There is no way they would have known about it without driving the vehicle a significant amount, but even so, when I told the owner about it he immediately jumped into action and helped me. Not only did he tow the car for me back to his shop and repair it, but he picked me up so I didn’t have to Uber to pick it up. They even had to replace a whole piece of the vehicle. The car now works amazing and they didn’t charge me a dime extra. For once there is an auto salesman I trust and recommend them 100%.

Tom helped us with a new van purchase, he helped make the situation smooth and was very fair on trade in values, we'll be keeping in touch with him for future vans.

They have 6 signs outside in massive letters saying “WE WILL BUY YOU CAR” so I stopped in at 11:45 on a Monday morning and there was a person inside but their sign was off and all the lights were off inside, door locked. So I started to walk back to my car and a guy came and answered the door and asked what I wanted, I began to tell him I was interested in selling my bmw to them, and instead of inviting me inside he stood there with his arm propping the door open for about 5 minutes before I had to ask if I could come in. My bmw is in amazing condition with all maintenance done by me exactly when it needed to be done. You won’t find a better 3 series in Syracuse. After telling the guy about my car he didn’t seem interested at all so I left. (He wouldn’t really make eye contact so I couldn’t tell if he was paying attention or not) I have receipts of all the work I do on the car including oil changes every 3 thiusand miles. Guy was weird, uninviting and made me feel uncomfortable. Didn’t seem like they wanted my car , like I the sleightest. Having worked in sales my whole life I would have at the very least get the persons information if they wanted to sell me their car. Never again will I step foot in that place.

Purchased a first car for my daughter from Tom a couple months ago. She needed a car right away for a new job. Tom made the process smooth and went the extra mile getting the car ready right away for us even after he was closed for the weekend. She loves her 2018 Chevy Malibu.
