Prescott Valley Kia was the perfect place to buy my new Kia. Ask for Brett Thatcher! Brett made my shopping experience easy, pleasant, and easy. I did a lot of research and visited several dealerships before deciding to buy at Prescott Valley Kia. Brett made the difference and is why I bought there. I found the whole process to be a nice experience. From all the questions, options, and finding the right model and trim that I was perfect for me personally. Then finishing the process with Jason Moran in Finance. Buying a new car is not typically a process that I like at all, Brett and Jason were the exception to that rule.

I purchased a vehicle from Prescott Valley Kia at the end of March. My salesperson, Braiden, was excellent!! He was knowledgeable, sincere, came across as a trustworthy, honest young man. I felt I was in good hands with him. I have been back a couple times for recalls and a tire... he asks about the car and has even called a few times to make sure all is going well. I really like my car and feel I got a good price. I would definitely come back to Prescott Valley Kia and ask for Braiden.

Feeling extremely ripped off and upset. I desperately needed a vehicle and told them Im pregnant and have kids, we are a struggling family. I saved up for months for a down payment and finally got enough to purchase a used vehicle. They said it was reliable with nothing wrong with it. Well in the first 3 months of having it the check engine light has gone off multiple times and turns back off? I bring it in and they want to charge me after just buying it to look at it, then the guy doing the test gives me a dirty look because the light went off. The thermostat is broken so I have to have it repaired, they charge me almost 300 just to look at it!! Thankfully I had insurance to cover the thermostat but still ate making me pay that ridiculous amount for what? I feel ripped off and angry!! Spending everything i had on this car that is already giving me issues and they couldnt care less!!! Thanks for ripping off a struggling family with a baby on the way!!!

Check-in was quick and easy. Coffee and snacks available while waiting for courtesy shuttle home while car was serviced. Service was completed by the time promised and a courtesy shuttle picked me up and drove me back to the dealership to pick up my car, which was washed as part of the service. Service Advisor went over the itemized list of work and inspections done and answered my questions. Very courteous and friendly service department personnel.
