Everyone dreads the car buying process because of all the hidden fees, hours spent at the lot, and pushy dealers. Prestige Auto Sales is everything you wish the car buying experience could be. The staff are incredibly friendly, they are transparent with pricing, car condition, and the process. We were able to successfully purchase one of their used vehicles for an incredibly reasonable price compared to other local dealers. The paperwork took less than 30 minutes to complete after we got the bank check from financing through our bank. Jennifer helped us breeze through the paperwork and seamlessly explained the information in a very personable way. I would highly recommend Prestige Auto Sales to other people looking to purchase a quality used car without the hassle that most people have come to expect of the process. My Google Review for Prestige Auto on South Broadway, Wichita. I had quite a journey with Prestige Auto. I purchased a really nice looking 2016 GMC Acadia. But within a few days, the transmission started dying. If not replaced, it would eventually tear itself apart. The owner of Prestige Auto immediately let me know they would cover the cost to replace the transmission. A couple weeks later, I had my Acadia back and things seemed great! Then shortly after, the exact same thing started happening to the second transmission. Turns out, most Acadia's from this time frame have massive transmission problems. But the owner stood by their commitment to good customer service and replaced the transmission a second time. This time, however, I put in some extra cash of my own to replace it with a much lower mileage transmission for better longevity. Now, I've got my vehicle back again and it's fantastic to drive! I love my Acadia and I can definitely recommend Prestige Auto for their strong commitment to customer satisfaction as well as specifically the high integrity of the owner, whom I dealt with personally on several occasions. PS. Also, shout out to their in-house mechanic team, they did a great job overall! Thank you!

So we purchased a 2013 Ford Escape 3 years ago. We’ve already put in about $3500-$4,000 to date. Now the engine has blown. They said it’s too late into the loan to fix the car. We were quoted an ungodly amount for a new engine. I just spoke with the dealership who refuses to do anything about it!😡😡😡😡

I can’t say enough about these guys. I live 635 miles away and the communication through phone calls, texts, and emails was great. Francisco was amazing. I needed pictures of the under carriage and he didn’t hesitate to get the vehicle on the lift and get them for me. I was very cautious of buying sight unseen, but Francisco assured me the vehicle was solid. He was not wrong. I love my new vehicle. It’s just a toy for me to play around in the winter and in the dirt, as I have 4 other vehicles for summertime fun. I can’t recommend these guys enough. I flew out on Saturday morning, they picked me up at the airport, and the deal was done in an hour. I just want to thank Francisco for being honest and upfront. That’s rare these days. The vehicle was priced well under market value. If you need a vehicle, give Francisco a call.

DO NOT BUY A CAR HERE , I bought a BMW and the same week the car was leaking oil got engine gaskets repaired out of pocket $3000 and it was still leaking oil. No help no communication just got told to figure out on my own. Total lost of $13k because I literally took the car to the junker!!!! This people scam for a living.
