Prestige Ford was nothing short of amazing to me! Bobby and Justin were both a great help. After two bad dealership experiences prior to finding Prestige Ford, these two gentlemen made the process quick, seamless, and without difficulty. The car was held for me and was cleanly detailed and parked up front waiting for me when I arrived. I am very pleased with my new vehicle, the price I paid, and the service provided!!

initially reached out via email about a trade from my 2021 F150 Raptor for a 2023 Ford F-150 Raptor in a rare color and received a response within 24 hours. We communicated by text for a few days before I came in, which made the in-person visit quick and efficient. Overall, the experience was much smoother than what I’ve had in the past. The finance process—usually the slowest part—went quickly because everything was well-prepared ahead of time. My salesman, Big John, was organized, knowledgeable, and respectful of my time. What stood out most was how straightforward the negotiation was. I came in informed, and John matched that with transparency and professionalism. We reached a fair agreement without the usual back-and-forth. I left satisfied with both the purchase and the overall experience. I forgot two sets of rather expensive sunglasses inside the vehicle to which John went out of his way to mail back to me so I didn’t have to drive an hour back to the dealership. I plan to return when my wife is ready for a new vehicle and will be working with Big John again.

Curt was amazing. He look his time with me, throughly explaining every feature of my new Escape. He was respectful and very knowledgeable. Everyone at Prestige was so friendly and accommodating.
