I purchased a Tucson this past week and it was a very smooth process. Alan, the salesman, was very knowledgeable about the vehicle and had all of my information together and ready when I arrived. Ashley, the finance manager, was very efficient and made the "paperwork" part of the process easy. They even delivered the car to save me a trip picking it up.
