Absolutely horrible customer service and experience with Rick Ferrari. Went there for a vehicle that the “owners daughter” had and it was “treated well.” They claimed it had no damage. This was a 2025 Toyota Sienna. When inspected I find the front bumper cracked, plastic skid guard destroyed and the metal frame scraped down to bare metal and rusting already. The front passenger tire had curb damage so badly it would need replaced. When I questioned this, Rick claimed it was never wrecked since there was no reported accident. It was a $58,000 car with a cracked front bumper. I took Rick out to see the damage and he says “It’s plastic so it won’t get any worse you don’t need to worry about that” I asked that they replace all the damaged parts and we would purchase the vehicle for the listed price to which Rick said was not possible. Then they claim “it went through a thorough inspection and passed”. I questioned if they inspected the underside and they said yes. I asked if they did, there was no way they missed all this damage. So they either lie and don’t inspect their vehicles or lie and try to hide the damages hoping you won’t see it and sell you the car. Either way they lie. I wouldn’t recommend working with them. Update1: They reply to the review claiming “whether that meant addressing items, making adjustments, or finding a solution that made sense” which only proves they’re 100% absolutely liars. They offered a $500 discount and that is all. I asked several times to have the damage repaired and I would purchase the vehicle. Rick’s immediate response every time I asked for this was “well that’s not happening”. So this only further proves they lie and lie. Of course they offered to sell a new vehicle. It’s a dealership. Why on gods green earth would I purchase a new vehicle from a dealer who lies over and over? Clearly they are not trustworthy so of course I wouldn’t work with you after catching you In your lies. Not once did they offer to fix the damage. Nothing but liars.

This review is to specifically recognize the outstanding outgoing above-and-beyond efforts for salesman Anthony Yeager. We had been in the market for a new Camry (2026) as an out of state couple (from Ashland Ohio). He was so helpful with disclosing important vehicle information, pictures, packages etc on the car we were inquiring about. No stone left unturned. He was super punctual, and communicated well, even in his days off!! (Thank you for that). We ended up having to pass on the car for the time being due to issues that arose with our local Toyota dealer (in legal dispute now) so we were unable to purchase a vehicle from Preston Toyota as of yet. But he deserves all the credit where it’s due. Being very helpful, meticulous, and accommodating. If you’re in the market for a new or used car from Preston Toyota, we HIGHLY recommend requesting him by name and dealing with Anthony. 11/10. Give that man a raise! Seriously! (Especially if you knew the nightmare we are dealing with currently with our local Toyota dealership) thank you, man, and thank you Preston Toyota! We will be keeping your info for future purchases 1000%

We had a great, trouble-free, surprise-free buying experience at Preston. Inventory on the website matched what was available. Anthony Yeager was very patient with us as we test drove different vehicles. Pricing negotiation was fair and straightforward. There were no surprises in the finance office or pressured upsells. Preston and Anthony will be top of mind for our future needs.

Called and spoke with Matt. He was fantastic but unfortunately the vehicle I had my eyes on hadn't been delivered yet. Then somehow got an automated text (to which I replied I wasn't interested in) and a phone call from Joe. I texted Joe and told him I was talking with Matt. I don't know why I Joe would reach out when I spoke with Matt but it was frustrating. I had to keep replying to Joe that I was good and didn't need to speak with him. I would prefer working with a dealer that's less pushy.

Walt and Rick helped make purchasing our new Toyota Tundra the best auto experience we’ve ever had. Their attention and professionalism was excellent from the very start. Highly recommend!
