Preston's Kia

I really enjoyed the customer service. They listened to my needs and wants in my new 2026 KIA Seltos. They were very friendly and not pressuring me. It was all done within a timely manner and I drove away in my new SUV. Tim and Jordan you guys are the best!! You made it fun not a hassle. Plus it was my birthday!!!

This is our third Kia, all from Preston’s. Working with Britney has been lovely. She is thoughtful, insightful, and put together a package that exceeded our expectations. The dealership is small enough that they recognize you and know you by name, and large enough to have the inventory for great selections. Shopping (or leasing) vehicles can be stressful, but working with Britney, Nichole, and Jordan felt like we were spending time with friends.

The team at Preston’s Kia is fantastic! This is the second Telluride I’ve leased from them and it was the least stressful car buying experience I’ve ever had. Jordan and Britney teamed up to make it very easy. Very knowledgeable and efficient and went out of their way to make sure I understood all the new features. 21 out of 10 stars.

I don’t leave reviews. This may be my first in a decade. Preston’s Kia wow’d me with their service. They made me extremely comfortable in the shopping process. Gave me a fair deal. Worked with me on some special needs. Offered to work with my insurance agent when they didn’t need to in order to close the deal, and delivered the car to me 45 min away (again at their offer). Exceptional customer service.

Everyone at Prestons was AMAZING! Customer service was awesome. Sales people knowledgeable family friendly atmosphere. They did everything they could to get me the car and payment I wanted and needed. THANK YOU PRESTONS KIA!! 😊
