Great service staff. Very courteous and friendly, they get you checked in and get in to the service representative. Was greeted by Ms Missy and I explained what was happening with my vehicle and she wrote it up so the service technician can look at my vehicle. Anything was great and service was outstanding.
Would have been 5 stars this time and the first if things had been done right the first time. The mechanic left wires unplugged which caused doors not to work right which i had to bring back and spend 2+ hours to get it corrected the second time.
Very fast service. Had to pay for my oil change ($74.00) even though they told me free service for two years. Only took 15 minutes so I doubt they did much. Just bought my new Highlander in September, 2021 so you know they made an extra $5k on the sale. Yet they are still greedy on the service they promised. They all lie I guess.
Over the past 14 months I have had two different vehicles serviced here. They have always taken very good care of me. I am only giving four stars because one of the lug nuts was stripped on my 2016 Prius, and no one told me. I was informed about it when I got it in to my home Toyota Dealer in Houston. I keep going back because the service is good and very friendly.
