Kim was the best. She found us a great deal on our car, got us in it and still kept her great customer service going. I’ve never been to a better dealership that doesn’t beat around the bush, these guys are the real deal! Amazing in every aspect! Will be recommending them for years.

I used to have excellent service with primasing, they always did a great job and would wash and vacuum my car leaving me with such a feeling of being taken care of. Over the last year the service has been horrible, they have failed to properly diagnose problems and have lied on several occasions. They no longer wash and vacuum the cars. 100% do not recommend Upon reviewing your response I am even less likely to return for service, now I have three separate answers for the details service (the problem still exists) the first time I inquired as to why no wash/vac th answer was that the details got fired and hadn't been replaced, 2 weeks later when receiving service for the same problem the answer was that the detailer was out sick. Now suddenly the service was eliminated.

My wife and I went there as a returning customer to buy a car and erick winsdsor, and the rest of the team helped us the best that we could ever ask for. They did everything they can to get us approved and we were able to drive away with our next reliable car.

Run as far and as fast from this place as you can, when your legs get tired of running, walk as far as you can. Crawl if you have to, but keep getting away as best you can. I flew 2000 miles to purchase a truck, inspected by their service department prior to my purchase, was assured everything was working. Upon arrival, A/C was not cooling. Pointed this out to salesman who just met my eyes with a deer in the headlights look. No offer to have it checked real quick before I had to hit the road home, no apology, just dead silence. I had the A/C charged at my first stop in Bend at my expense. They informed me that they would be putting new tires on the truck, I said great! I sent them a screen shot of the tires that I believed were the correct ones with the proper ply rating for the GVWR of this truck, and even offered to just take it DiscountTire to have it done, they said no, they would handle it. Found out halfway home, a 1000 miles away, that the screen shot I had sent them was for tires that are not rated for this truck. Any reputable tire shop would either have refused to install these tires on this vehicle or at least informed me of the issue. For all intents and purposes, their attitude was “ you made the error, we did what you wanted, if you don’t like them buy another set and sell these ones that they should never have put on. I did reach out to you and was met with nothing but pig headed stubbornness. I have always had good luck with Michelin Defender tires and that was what I sent you a screen shot of for the tires to be put on the truck, not realizing that LTX from Michelin does not necessarily mean they are “LT” (10ply rating) which is what this truck requires.
