Zero stars! I booked an appointment to get a new windshield. At the time of booking, I specified I lived almost 2 hours away and I needed the first time slot as I would be waiting at the dealership for my vehicle. The person booking said it was noted but to expect 3-4 hours. No problem. Showed up at 8:28am for my 8:30am time slot, my car went in right away and I went to the waiting area. I again told the person I was from out of town and would be waiting there until it was done. At 11:45 the person came in from the shop and said they were almost finished with the windshield apt ahead of me and mine would be going in soon. Turns out they drove my car through the shop and parked it behind the building. I went to the counter and asked why my car hadn't been started yet when I had now been there for 3.5 hours and had driven almost 2 hours for the 8:30 apt which was supposed to be the first spot. The lady at the counter pulls up my info and sure enough, I was booked with a note stating I was out of town customer and time sensitive. Yet still no one could tell me why they took in someone else first. Then, I had to go FIND where they had left my car, no one even offered to bring it back up front or tell me where it had been parked! This is not the first time the service department has wasted a day for me and a trip in. In 2024 I was booked for an 8am drop off time knowing it wouldn't be ready until after 3pm so I had arranged for accommodation to show up and the sales team tell me the service department had taken that date as an in leu stat and never bothered to call and reschedule. On my way out another customer had also shown up for a service apt and was told the same thing. When I called in the next business day I got some excuse about I should have been contacted, not even a proper apology. This service department has SERIOUSLY dropped the ball twice, I will not be giving them my business anymore.

I had a great experience with the great people in the service department here. I had my vehicle booked for tires and an oil change, on the way to the dealership, the rear drivers window caught a rock and blew out. When i went to pay, they said once i started my claim they would be happy to help, when i mentioned that I wasn't starting a claim and would want the work done ASAP, every single person at the desk who wasn't busy leapt in to action. I had someone sourcing parts, another person looking up the repair and getting quotes and another person booking an appointment with me, smiling and making conversation the whole time, even though it was the end of the day. My vehicle was completed on time and the quality of the job was excellent. They kept referring to their "glass guy", who's name i was given and have since forgotten, but kudos to you Glass Guy, you rock. As an added bonus, and one i told them not to worry about, when i picked up my vehicle from the first visit, ALL of the glass had been cleaned from my vehicle and a very VERY nice job was done putting plastic over the window. Again, Glass Guy, youre a star. While i was in the dealership, everyone greeted me, everyone always made sure i was helped, everyone was smiling, even the mechanics walking through the service area, things were light and fun, while still being professional. I highly recommend Toyota for your service needs!

I had a great buying experience at PG Toyota. Rohan is very easy to talk to, fast response, taught me how to use the Toyota app and made sure everything worked. I popped by on a whim in Jan and they had a RAV4 PHEV xse with technology package coming, was updated along the way it would arrive in April, I picked up in May, not too bad wait times for this vehicle in 2025. Rohan listened to my request not to put a dealership sticker on the car, as I was going to ppf wrap it. It drives like a dream and is a perfect fit for my lifestyle, thanks so much! If you're shopping around for the hard to find RAV4 PHEV, it's worth stopping by PG Toyota. They offered me a $500 refundable deposit to be in the queue, and were able to tell me when it was on route to the dealership. Peace Country Toyota told me their $500 deposit for the vehicle would be non refundable, glad I went with PG Toyota, I had a no pressure, easy going, smooth buying experience. Thank you PG Toyota. Buying a car can be a whirlwind, just read the fine print well of the life, disability insurance and new car replacement insurance fees if you're purchasing these policies, it may not apply to you if you work variable hours.
