Priority Acura

This dealership definitely has the best service of any I’ve ever been to, and the service staff definitely understands the concept of top quality customer service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is for the dealer changes in the things like Priorities for Life, no more car wash before you pick it up, and not being able to get a loaner car these days. In fact, someone higher up doesn’t understand the marketing value of these things. The last time I had a loaner car, I started shopping for a new car because it was such a good experience! And I have recommended Priority Acura service to friends looking for a place to take their cars.

Jessi and the team at Priority Acura are awesome. They treat you like you're a very important part of their day. They get you in and do a great job servicing your vehicle. They give you straight up advice on what is needed for your vehicle and explain everything in detail so you can understand. You never get the feeling they're trying to take advantage of you. Just the plain truth. So refreshing. I have to give Richard a shout out for the conversation in the waiting room, very nice fellow

Jessi was my service advisor and her customer service was outstanding and barnone. She answered all of my questions and made me feel very comfortable with the their techincians being able to repair my vehicle the correct way. I recently purchased a new vehicle from Ashley at Priority Acura. She was so professional and awesome to work with! I bothered her multiple times over the course of a week and she either had the answers I was looking for, or she called back right away with the answers! If she is still slinging rides the next time I am in the market I will absolutely work with her again! And she has the cutest huskies!

Cliff is a huge difference maker in really setting such a high expectation of quality customer service. Always professional, very personable and he's been this way consistently every time I visit. I drive 40 minutes each visit due to the level of service I receive each time.
