Outstanding Service Experience! I recently had an unexpected tire issue after hitting road debris, and the team at Toyota made what could have been a stressful situation completely hassle-free. From the moment I arrived, everyone was professional, helpful, and focused on getting me back on the road as quickly as possible. Since my replacement tire had to be ordered and would take a couple of days to arrive, they arranged a rental vehicle for me right away. The entire process was smooth, efficient, and stress-free. I was truly impressed by how quickly everything was handled. A special thank you to my Service Advisor, Kenyan Mullen, for keeping me informed every step of the way and making sure all of my questions were answered. Thank you as well to my mechanic, Joshua Mercado, for taking great care of my vehicle and ensuring everything was handled properly. I would also like to recognize Troy Clifton, VP of Community Relations and Director of VIP Concierge, for helping make this such a positive customer experience with his assurance and kind words. Excellent customer service can make all the difference, and this team went above and beyond. I truly appreciate the professionalism, communication, and care I received. Let me tell you what- buying a car here was a quick and smooth process. Saleswoman did not even make me drive the car- I saw it - loved it- bought jt- and the finance manager was not pushy at all but informative. 10/5 stars

Had an amazing experience at Priority Toyota Chesapeake thanks to Macy and Jorge. Buying two cars can be stressful, but they made the entire process easy and comfortable. Macy was patient and answered all of my questions, and Jorge made sure I felt confident about every decision. You can tell they truly care about their customers and not just making a sale. The sales team I worked with was Clayton Porter & Daniel Dykes who honestly are genuinely people that are willing to help you on what your looking for in a vehicle. They took their time with me and I wasn't PRESSURED to buy a vehicle. Also, Allison Humphries who is the Finance manager is awesome at what she does. You can tell the people who work at this establishment is literally like family. I've had questions about my vehicle & warranty & ALL of them have responded back to me & has encourage me since day 1 to contact them about any concerns I may have. I've NEVER experienced this type Chick-fil-A customer service at a car dealership. It's phenomenal! Thanks Priority Toyota of Chesapeake for being in a league of 1 that no other compares!

Had the pleasure of working with Samantha. Went to 2 other dealerships where male salesmen told me they would get back to me and never did or blew me off. As soon as I arrived at priority Samantha took me seriously and helped me find the best car based on what I wanted and my needs THAT DAY . And shewas patient as I went back and forth on my choices. Not pushy at all. Additionally she was super knowledgeable about the different cars. The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is during the financing process the guy told me a percentage but on the paper work it appears a single percent above the number he told me. I have terrible credit so I don't necessarily blame him but I did think it was weird. Also I'll say, they did the financing process and paperwork FAST. Like in under an hour. I would recommend priority. Just be sure to be clear on the details. They have good warranties as well.
