Where is the 10 ⭐️ option?!! Thank you Priority Toyota Springfield for the Wonderful, Fast and Painless car buying experience EVER! Early June, I turned 50yrs old and I wanted to give myself a Blue Toyota Grandhighlander, that specific color was not an easy one to find. After searching, I came across a dealership in Springfield, VA that had MY CAR. I live in Maryland but was willing to go anywhere for it. I call, get transferred to the sales department and I hear the friendliest voice on the other end of the line. Kirk Etter is his name! I explain to Kirk the reason for my call and with confidence, Kirk tells me that he will make sure I have my present on my Birthday! Kirk kept his promise, I woke up to this beauty in my driveway that day. Yes, because of the distance and traffic, I drove over an hour but Kirk made sure, it was going to be worth it, and it was. When I arrive, I see my car! Excited and nervous at the same time, I walk into the building and ask for Kirk, after a few minutes, Kirk comes out and he knew exactly who I was. As if we had known each other for previous car purchases, he gives me, my husband and daughter a hug. Kirk is the kindest, patient, nicest, funny, chatty(but so am I), not pushy - buy the car and get out of here, car salesman EVER! As my daughter told Kirk as we are walking out to get into our car, you are the GOAT!! In less than 2 hours, my daughter and I were on our way back to Maryland in our new car! Talk about VIP service. I also cannot forget about Logan in finance, who was more than truthful, detailed, funny and kind during the signing process. Thank you!! Thank you, Thank you, Thank you Kirk “The GOAT” for making this car buying experience the best one yet. Thank you, for helping me finish my first 1/2 a century with a big smile on my face. We’ll do this again in about 4 years when S is driving “Baby Saphire” and I am in need for a new Toyota! Maihan was fantastic!! Great communicator and worked with me to get the car my wife wanted for her 50th birthday surprise. Priority Toyota was great to work with. I bought the car sight unseen and it was fantastic. Ran great as we drove it home for over 9 hours straight! Maihan even stayed over an hour after close to meet us as our flight was delayed over 2 hours. Thank you Again!!!

The whole car buying process was a complete joy! Starting from calling the place, I was greeted by Alejandro who was an absolute joy to speak with! Great energy and customer service. After arriving at the dealership, I was then helped by Felix, and it was absolutely wonderful! He took the time to understand my budget and constraints, and gave very valid and helpful feedback in order to make sure I make a very informed choice!
