Pritchard Auto Company Garner

I purchased a commercial truck from them a couple years ago. They completed the tax, title and registration with my state. They overcharged me for this by nearly 2k$. I'm not the only one they have done this to. Be careful.

We had an outstanding experience purchasing a new vehicle. Mike was extremely helpful in finding the right vehicle. The service department has also given us excellent service on our prior vehicle.

I can only speak from my experience after working with Pritchard Auto on four trucks during the past 5 years. Read the fine print regarding fees, and always confirm the difference between what you are paying for Title, Registration and Taxes to Pritchard Auto vs. actual amounts paid for each. Never again. We called the dealership around noon. Mike answered the phone and said he would wait for us. We are an hour away. He spent 3 hours with us on his own time!! I felt really bad having to tell him the following week that we were going a different direction. As it turned out, we drove every F150 he had EXCEPT 1 cause we were feeling guilty for taking his time. 1 week later we drove that F150 that we hadn’t driven! SOLD!
