Proctor Acura is awesome! 3 years ago we had the easiest car buying experience ever with Robert, and today I had another great service experience. I have worked mostly with Rodney, and he makes it so easy. It was time for some standard maintenance to be done - which the car “told” me. I made an appointment online and when I got there, Rodney reviewed it with me and let me know how long it would take - and they finished earlier! They have a comfortable waiting area with a coffee machine, water, snacks, wifi and a TV. I would highly recommend Proctor Acura!
Robert was extremely nice and listen to my needs and wants. He was the best salesman I ever had! He had me in and out in records time! Everybody at Proctor Acura gets 10stars from me. I’m soooo loving my new car. Thank you again!

Proctor Acura… I bought my MDX in August 2025 from a very nice no BS salesman named Mike. He was so professional, went above and beyond while working a deal on my vehicle (I’m a tough cookie when it comes to making car deals). Everyone from the salesman, finance manager, sales manager, and everyone in between was so easy to work with and enjoyable to talk to. I love how they conducted their business. I took my car in for the first service last Friday (10/24/25) and there was a slight issue which caused me to leave my car there over the weekend. Not only was the service manager all over it, but so was the other managers. Yet again, they went above and beyond to ensure that I was taken care of. They even brought my car back to my house Monday afternoon so I didn’t have to drive to the dealership. Although the issue was a little annoying, they definitely made it painless to make it right. I know there’s only 5 stars ⭐️ ratings on this review, but I’d give them 10 if it was allowed! Also, I really LOVE my MDX… she really made the trip to SD easy and comfortable.
I’m thrilled! Michael was great. Financing supervisor was great. The guy that sat in the car and showed me how to program it was awesome! The vehicle purchase was just as we expected with Acura. You get what you pay for. A++
