I wish there were more stars to select because I would. From the moment we spoke with Hundee, we knew we were in the right place. The experience started the moment we arrived by being greeted and cared for by all those present. Though we had a dedicated specialist we were working with, we felt as though they cared for us as a team. You can tell when someone sees you as a deal or a human being looking for the best deal that fits their life. Hundee heard our hearts in what we wanted and we believe through God’s doing - they made it happen. It seemed like we were in and out seriously. One of smoothest transitions from sales to finance. I’m actually editing my review. I bought a truck from this dealership. It was used had an aftermarket level kit on it, and nice set of tires. It looked great. I get it home to find that the truck is rubbing on the upper control arms in multiple points. Now look if I was told this before I bought it, is what it is. But the fact they serviced this truck, saw the tires rubbing on the control arms that was doing damage to both a $2000 set of tires and the upper control arm, and just let it be is ridiculous! I called them and the literally admitted over the phone that they saw it was doing it and since it didn’t need new tires they didn’t “flag” it. We let these people service our vehicles all the time and they sold me a vehicle that is borderline unsafe. I’ve already contacted the dealership and trying to consistently get ahold of people that actually have say is about as consistent as Texas weather. If nothing is resolved I will never buy another vehicle from prosper ford. I have had plenty of trucks and had a dealership I loved to buy them from. I went out on a limb and tried to give prosper ford a chance, and it seems to be a regretful decision so far. Do not buy used vehicles from Prosper ford.
