Prothro Chevrolet GMC

We had an excellent experience with service in particular at Prothro Chevrolet. We broke down while traveling and stopped here in Manning. Our car wouldn't restart so I needed towed. From hello on the phone until our car was completed, Jeff from service was the most courteous person and went out of his way to make sure we were taken care of the entire time. He suggested a local towing company because Prothro's driver was out that day. They were able to help us right away. Prothro was honest and told me they may not be able to diagnose/ fix until next few days because of work load so I was planning accordingly. Next thing I knew Jeff and other service members were pushing it into the garage! They quickly diagnosed it and told me they would have me and my family back on the road early afternoon of the next day! They left us get what we needed and then drove us to the hotel, suggested dinner places and then told me to call them in the morning when we are ready to be picked up and he would come back and get us. They had our car fixed and ready by 2pm the next day as they said! Most caring and top notch service dept experience I've ever had. Thank you Prothro

I had a great experience at Prothro Chevrolet getting my oil changed yesterday. Justin was so helpful and kept coming out to the waiting room to check on me and keep me updated on my car. He even took the extra step to get my vehicle right over to the body shop to look at my passenger side mirror. Excellent customer service all around.
