I can't say enough about our salesman. We always get exceptional service from Marty. He always goes over and beyond to ensure we are happy. We have a 25 Cadillac XT4 and as Prouse sold the only 1 they had on the lot Marty went out of his way to try to find the exact vehicle for us. He succeeded. He kept us informed day by day of delivery. He has been so accommodating over the year and does not hesitate to assist us even after the sale. Would not hesitate to recommend him when purchasing a vehicle. I have only had to bring my car for Service twice and have no concerns regarding the service advisors. Very accommodating and pleasant.

We were able to trade in our Subaru Crosstrek despite running into a lot of issues with it. We dealt with Danielle and she was amazing and patient throughout the journey. She was able to get us into something we were looking for and we are very happy with it. Despite a couple hiccups, the folks at Prouse were great to deal with and I’m glad to have bought from a local dealership. Big thanks to the Prouse team.

We brought in our truck for some service work on Wednesday morning. We never heard from anyone all day. We finally called late afternoon and was told it hasn't even been seen yet. We were told that we would get an update the next morning. Next day comes, don't hear from anyone for updates until late afternoon. Truck is ready. My husband was asked if he wanted a shuttle, this was at 230pm. and he said yes. WELL, nobody showed up!! No phone call nothing!! How could they forget to pick up a customer! I can't believe it! Thank God we had an extra set of keys so we could go pickup the truck the next morning. Never in the years of buying a vehicle have we had this bad service and incompetence! Terrible! Gord Fleury
