FRANCOOOOOO, made the purchasing process very easy, everything was handled over the phone since I’m out of state and flew in to pick up the car. Very easy paper work process after arriving and seeing the car. It’s everything I thought it would be and it’s perfect. Definitely give my guy Franco a holler and he’ll get you squared away!

This is the best dealership. Everyone is extremely helpful. Nelly is the best saleswoman ever !! She was very informative and on top of everything. Got done with this car in under 5 hours, they fixed the mirror and cleaned the whole car before pick up. I would buy another car from her again. 10/10. Went to test drive a nice vehicle. They tell me I have to have someone with me while test driving the car. I didn't like it but I was ok with it, I know some places require it. But, im provided some guy they call there "Lot Guy" to accompany me on my test drive. He didn't even look like he worked there. I had to ask the sales guy "are you serious, who the heck is this and why aren't you coming". He said these are the guys we send out for test drives to make sure the cars are not stolen. He looked like he was cleaning the hallways and bathrooms all day. He was useless, he knew nothing about cars, he wasn't a sales person, so I couldnt ask him any questions while test driving the car. He's just there to make sure you dont steal the car. I loved the car so I went to another dealership nearby and got the same car where I was treated better and they acted more professional. I paid $1,200 more for less miles and the car was in better condition. Im so happy I did not do business with them.
