On May 1, my son and I went in to go look at a vehicle. Ms. Yadhira Seijas was the sales person. She was professional, pleasant and listened to what I wanted. Ms. Yadhira allowed me the time to view the vehicles without pressuring me. I definitely appreciated this approach. It has been a long time since I’ve experienced that in my 66 years. Once I decided on a vehicle, I notified her and she also gave me various options. Then, she quickly grabbed the keys so I could take a test drive. She explained the features and financing process. She worked with Ms. Genesis Poulson from the finance unit. Their teamwork was amazing. They were thorough and made the process seamless from starting to finish. I truly had a great experience with purchasing this vehicle at Quality Chevrolet Of Escondido. Should I need to purchase another vehicle, this place would be the first stop.

I was gonna leave a 5 star review after the purchase of my used Ram 3500, however thanks to Sandra I’ll be leaving a 2 star. Drive an hour specifically for this truck. The sales man Omar was very professional and took very good care of us. I was his first sale of the day with no appointment and he was exceptional. However Sandra from Finance is very rude and ignores you after the sale is complete. Haven’t received my finance payment, don’t know which bank financed me. She names one bank, turns out to be another and she’s bothered by the fact that I’m trying to make my first payment and can’t because I don’t know which bank she packaged my loan with. Just know Sandra won’t help you once she collects your down payment and you walk off the dealer lot. Very unprofessional and I’m disturbed by her attitude towards me. The truck on the other hand, very well worth my time and money to get it.

I drove 7 hours each way to trade in my car for a new 2026 Equinox EV. Sales dept. was able to help finalize my car deal in advance of arrival; saving me thousands over my local Chevy dealerships. Many thanks to Mikial and Anthony in sales, as well as Robert in finance whom really went the “extra miles” to help get me into my new car. This dealership has a family feel to it. Courteous, friendly and professional; they do their best for customers like me. I highly recommend Quality Chevrolet as a happy customer 😎

Just bought a 2027 Chevy Bolt here with Imran's help. I've contacted multiple dealers and also multiple dealers from this exact shop to get a quote. I never got any responses or good deals until Imran promptly responded to me with the best deal of my life. He is such a tentative dealer who truly cares about his customers. If you are going here to get a car, I highly recommend talking to Imran. You will walk out with the best car with the best deal.

It could have been the worst couple of days, but everyone working at Quality made what could have been a miserable experience soooo much better. My truck started throwing codes while I was on vacation. Not wanting to chance a 550 mile trip back home, I went early to the dealership. The line was dishearteningly long. Maria Espinoza kindly greeted me at the counter and confirmed the wait was as bad as it looked, however she spoke to her manager who came out and said he understood my dilemma and they would do their best. They came through. Took me back to my hotel and then picked me up. Maria kept me up to date with everything going on. Just fantastic service. Friendly, professional, knowledgable. I’m late writing this because I lost the list I had written to make sure I included everyone. My apologies. You are all awesome. Thank you!!!
