Multiple negative reviews cite inadequate pre-sale inspections and poor follow-up on warranty concerns, while positive reviews highlight good customer service and reasonable pricing.
Never ever buy a car from this place I had purchased a vehicle in October. Of course I had to get it financed worked very hard for my down payment which that’s more of a personal thing but right when I pulled off the parking lot there was already an issue with my ball joints and struts and shocks in the front. I called right away to let them know about it. They said that they would pay for the Labor to get done, but I would have to pay for the parts which I thought was kind of ridiculous but of course I paid for it because it needs to be done. I started hearing problems in the back of my car like I did in the front, I brought it to their attention. They said everything was fine fast-forward probably a couple weeks later I called and I let them know that something was leaking and that this was an issue when I first bought it, but they said everything was fine when I brought it back in so I started to have a weird smell in my car a couple weeks ago I got it into my mechanic my mechanic said that there was a turbo put on it and that coolant was leaking from it and that this was welded on and not properly and that my check engine light should be on. They said that this had been an issue for months and of course I don’t know anything about cars so I didn’t really notice anything until I started to have a smell in my car, but they said that even if it is a place that is sold as is, they shouldn’t have sold a car to anybody like that has been sold so not only was there issues with struts shocks ball joints when I first bought it, you guys try to fix a problem by welding something together and then on welding it and then welding it back together, putting a turbo on something that was not even meant to have a turbo and now my car is leaking coolant and it’s going to be costing me over $1100 to fix everything…. I called in to speak with somebody and the owner‘s mother answered and was very rude to me. When all I was trying to tell her was what the issue was and to ask if there was a warranty on the turbo because that’s what my mechanic told me to ask because sometimes even with just the turbo by itself, it has a warranty, not saying that you guys had to fix it because of course your place is sold as is, but with the turbo sometimes there is a warranty with it so I’m a mechanic wanted me to ask just try to save me a little bit of money and then I was spoken down too and rudely and I just don’t think that’s right you guys should be ashamed of yourself selling a car that’s rusted out all through the bottom that’s been leaking stuff since you guys have sold it to me that had issues with it since you sold it to me just to bring it to your attention and because it’s not something that I want you to pay for or have to fix but just wanted to ask about a warranty and then you guys thought I wanted you to pay for it in which I did not and I never said I wanted you to pay for it, but just to bring it to your attention of the cars that you’re buying and then selling to people never again will I ever buy a car from you people and I will be letting everybody know! My own mechanic even told me that he has a lot of cars that come into his place from your car lot with a lot of issues and problems if that doesn’t say a lot!!
I went there 2 days ago and Ryan was amazing and helped me through the whole process, I will continue to go there and recommend people to go there! 10/10 recommend
We bought our son first car from here and its a lemon we been having problems since we bought it we took it back and he fix the problems that was supposed to be fixed before we bought it so we get it back and take it to car x and they tell us all gaskets are leaking and the transmission is bad and the lady at the front desk tell us THAT WHAT WE GET FOR A 4000$ car watch out for this family of people there doing some unfair but what comes around goes around 🙏
Great people, good selection of cars. Ryan tells it like it is and has good pricing. If your looking for a car go pay Quality Motors a visit. I have bought 2 vehicles and have been satisfied with both purchases and customer service!
Traded in a vehicle and was offered what I was hoping to get back. Staff is friendly, and they were even able to get me a brand new battery a week after I purchased the vehicle when the current one pooped out. I am happy I shopped here, and I would recommend it to friends and family.
