I recently purchased a 2022 Subaru Legacy from Quality Subaru, and I had an amazing experience from start to finish. Everyone I worked with was professional, helpful, and made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Nadia LeSieur helped set up my appointment and was incredibly patient and helpful throughout the process. Ann showed me my options and helped provide me with numbers to take home. Helena assisted with the initial paperwork while Ann was off and she did a great job explaining at everything clearly and thoroughly as it was my first time purchasing a vehicle. Ed Chen was fantastic to work with, he took the time to explain every detail, answered all of my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with my purchase. He was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. After the purchase, Ann walked me through the vehicle and gave me a detailed overview of all the features and systems. She made sure I understood how everything worked and was very friendly and informative. I truly appreciate the excellent customer service provided by the entire team. I just purchased my fourth Subaru from Quality Subaru in Wallingford, CT. My previous Subarus had 152K to 198K miles before I traded them in, and they were all serviced at Quality Subaru, so I knew I wanted to stick with this brand and dealer. Based on other reviews I asked for Faith Torello since my previous sales rep had retired. She helped me decide which model I wanted and then I came back the following day to finalize the decision. There were a few minor issues but Faith handled them for us with grace. There was no pressure and she followed up at every step. I am looking forward to driving at least 150K in my new Subaru!

I recently went back to Quality Subaru to speak with them regarding the lease end options for my 2024 Crosstrek. I truly can’t express how good an experience I had in working with these folks again. My journey started with their Leasing Manager Tony Olivia. He was a pleasure to work with and really nice person. He was very helpful and attentive throughout the whole process. Next I moved on to the product specialist (salesperson). His name was Chris Carey. He was excellent. Very patient with all my questions, and extremely knowledgeable about the product I was really interested in leasing. (2026 Crosstrek Wilderness) Chris is probably the best sales person I have worked with in at least 25 years. If and when the time comes for another vehicle, I will definitely go back to Quality Subaru to work with these two people. Great experience!
