Quantrell is EXACTLY what a dealership should be. My wife and I drive an hour and a half past several other GM dealers just because of their hospitality and professionalism. The GM dealer in my hometown (Somerset) has never once offered us a loaner vehicle while service was being performed. Thanks again Quantrell for making sure my wife was taken care of today.

I recently had an oil change done at the Cadillac dealership. The service itself was completed properly and the staff was courteous and professional. However, I was surprised that the vehicle was not washed after service. Many dealerships include a complimentary car wash, especially for premium brands like Cadillac, so this was a bit disappointing.

After a long search for a car that was reasonably priced and safe for our son, we found a 4Runner at Quantrell Cadillac. Being out of state was not an issue. Todd made the process so easy. We did most of the work over email. My husband flown up to get the car. Todd even met him at the airport. Great service and price. We are very happy.

I recently had my hood painted due to my clear coat failing and it looks amazing - Keenan did a great job! Kelli was wonderful to work with and was able to answer all my questions! Will definitely use them in the future.

Sold me a new CT5 with damaged wheels. "Repaired" them twice with shoddy workmanship. Now paint is peeling and they will not replace the wheels. They want to "REPAIR" them again. Do not buy a car here. Once you sign the papers they could care less about you Update: After over a year of arguing and me posting my horrible experience they finally sent me a set of new wheels. It is a shame that it took so long. I am very stubborn and I feel like they thought I would give up. They were wrong.
