Had a great experience buying from Quantrill. I needed to know the hitch capacity, payload capacity, and towing capacity. I asked Kate for this and she quickly had my answer. I literally spoke to 4 other salesmen from different dealerships and none knew the correct location to find this data, referring me to the Chevy website, the window sticker, their website that posts generic Chevy 1/2 ton info etc. The vehicle was delivered to me by Quantrill which was a nice benefit. I stopped into Quantrills to drop something off and was in the market for a new vehicle in the next year or so. I spotted the Buick Envision in the showroom and decided to take it for a test drive. Laura explained the features and sent me out for a drive. I returned pleased with the performance, but not really thinking about making a purchase. She instinctively knew to soft sell which is what I needed. Knowledgeable about the car, confident in her delivery and intuitive to my needs. I looked at other vehicles online and test drove a couple from other manufacturers but came back to the Envision. When I returned to Quantrills the next week, unfortunately Laura was on vacation but Jenn was able to get me a trade in value, locate the vehicle at another dealer and arranged for it to be delivered to Quantrills. I waited until Laura returned from vacation to pick it up and both these women helped me with the technology and provided stellar service to fix a scratch that was noticed before I had the car 24 hours. I really like my new Envision and Quantrills is fortunate to have these 2 women representing their brand. Thank you to both Jenn and Laura for a master class in service.

I have just made my second vehicle purchase from Quantrill’s and couldn’t be happier. I no longer live close to the dealer, but after having a poor experience from local Chevy dealers, I decided to reach back out to Glen Foster, who made my first purchase so easy and pressure free . Glen took care of finding a better vehicle with a better deal and arranged delivery of the vehicle from Ottawa. Glen and Cooper then made sure the purchasing process was seamless and easy, always very responsive and thorough.
