Roger was friendly and not pushy right from the start. I had come into the dealership a month prior just to test drive and I told him I was not ready to buy yet. He respected my wishes. When we went back he was glad to see us and did everything he could to get us in the car we wanted.

I was really looking forward to purchasing a Mitsubishi but a young woman named Cynthia who helped us had such a bad attitude. We ended up at Acura. Good luck.

Ugghh..this was not a good experience. I’ll update if anyone ever calls me back. Keep in mind, this was a day and a half ago. Apologies! I meant to update this. I was contacted by the manager of the dealership the same day I put in this review. He assured me someone would call me on Monday. Monday(Holiday) came but the finance person I was working with was off so the manager called me again to let me know and to expect a call the following day. I spoke with Jeremy who initially financed with me and he cleared everything up with me. I really appreciate them reaching out and making sure I was helped.

Thanks to Alex and his perfect customer service I now know exactly which car I need. Without his help I would’ve been stuck getting a Volvo but thanks to him I’ll now be getting a 2019 Jeep Renegade latitude
