My family are looking for specific vehicles. Wife, son, me. All are fairly rare to find. They are on top of things and trying to find what everybody wants. Extremely helpful and very nice people. I have bought about 28 cars in the past. I've never had such good service.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. A complete waste of time. They then told me that the only way I could get more for my car was if I traded it in. I went there to sell it, not trade it. They told me I wouldn’t get anything more elsewhere. I ended up selling it to a different local dealership the following week for $4,000 more than what they offered me here. Overall, very unprofessional, and extremely similar to there dealership itself. Rude people who try and rip you off. Plenty of better places to sell a vehicle. I’d avoid this one.

Do NOT sell your car here. Or, “try” to sell your car here. Tim Uhl, the “owner”, is extremely rude, dismissive, and has a condescending attitude. For a place that advertises being easy and customer friendly, the reality felt uncomfortable and one sided. They offered me $13,000 for my vehicle. Which, has a Kelley Blue Book POOR value of $24,000. POOR. When I questioned the massive gap, the explanation I got was essentially that my model is “hard to sell.” That was it. No real breakdown, no justification, just a shrug and a lowball offer. Do your homework. These people WILL TAKE ADVANTAGE of you. And, if the owner Tim Uhl treats customers like that, just imagine how the rest of his staff is. Total waste of time. I strongly suggest NOT doing business with them.

I recently took my truck to Queens city motors to sell, after the test drive they said they would have to cut over $5,000 off the price because of a bad turbo. We took the truck to another garage where they informed us nothing was wrong with the turbo and it was in fact about a $200 dollar fix, after simply hooking it up to the computer that every garage uses. $5000 for a $200 dollar fix seems pretty dishonest to me.
