Overall, they were friendly and service was reasonably quick. My only complaint is that once you drive in, they have no signs nor did anyone indicate what happens next so I didn't know if I needed to stay in my car or talk to someone. It was pretty awkward, and I noticed I wasn't the only one who was confused. I think having someone greet you when you drive in or even a sign that says, "Hey, we will be with you in a moment, so just wait in your car" would be good.
not impressed with attitude of quick lane service rep- he didn't seem to care at all about the customers perspective or feelings. considering taking business elsewhere due to this experience. however the mechanics that do the work are amazing and will be the only reason i will come back- they do great work so thank you to the mechanics!
I got a Ford Focus Hatchback in 2015 and have been going here for service ever since. I love that no appointment in necessary for routine maintenance like oil changes. Any time I've had something bigger that needed to be done, I'm always able to book in quickly, and the service is always done promptly (often before the quoted time). I'm also a huge fan of being able to drive inside to drop off the car, especially if the weather isn't great.
I have had mixed experiences here. Their new Service Department set up seems to perform better but no one appears to enjoy what they're doing.
I just came from Ed Learn . I bought a brand new Ford EDGE S.T. I didnt have an appointment. I took a chance but they were EXTREMELY BUSY. HOWEVER JEFF THE SERVICE ADVISOR SUGGESTED I GO TO A MR LUBE IF I DIDNT WANT TO WIAT 7 MORE DAYS FOR AN OIL CHANGE. MY RESPONSE WAS IF I WAS BUYING A NEW CAR I WOUNDT WAIT 7 MORE DAYS. JEFF YOUR ATTITUDE WAS NOT APPRECIATED . I AM CURRENTLY IN THE MARKET FOR AN AVIATOR AND THAT'S HOW I WAS TREATED TODAY. JAKE MY REGULAR ADVISOR ON MY LINCOLN EXPLAINED TO ME THE SITUATION. I AM ONN THE CANCELATION LIST. TO GET A SHORTER TIME APPTS. I GUESS IT WAS THE WAY HE SAID IT. THANK YOU I WILL AWAIT YOUR RESPONSE. JACK FROM GRIMSBY
