Quick Recovery Auto Salvage

I experienced horrible customer service with this company. I purchased a car and finished paying it off in October 2024, yet I never received the vehicle title. I understand that life happens and I didn’t follow up immediately, but once a car is paid in full, the title should be mailed automatically to the customer. When I finally called to inquire about my title, I was told they needed the last six digits of the VIN. As a business, my account and vehicle information should already be in your system under my name. I still provided the VIN information I had. The manager, who I believe is named Alexis, told me she would look into it but then said she would be gone for two hours. Two hours passed and I never received a call back. I called again the next day and was told she was out. I understand it was busy due to Good Friday, so I did not call over the weekend or that Monday. I called again on Tuesday almost a week later. At that point, I was met with a sarcastic attitude and told to “give her courtesy” while they searched for the title. I was told it would be looked into “today or tomorrow.” When I finally received a call on Wednesday and answered it today, I tried asking questions, but the manager or associate refused to communicate and was rude. I would never spend my money here again. Regardless of delays on my end, this company failed to provide basic customer service and proper follow up. Once a vehicle is paid off, customers should not have to chase down their title or be treated disrespectfully.

Even though they had exactly what I've been looking for from other junk yards down to the exact tire size and rim I needed for my Ford Fiesta. But what really got me was the price (here) for the tire I had to go get myself. Compared to pull a part, who will give u a credit for the old rim towards the one u purchase from them. QRAS was a few dollars off the brand new one.I just didn't want to wait for delivery,

The person who speaks Spanish is a girl from the Dominican Republic or from a wealthy post who knows .... But she attends to you in a bad way and she was very rude they should solve this problem with her ... I have always bought parts here and I had never had this problem

Waited for a door in the parking lot for 2 1/2 hours after being told the door would take about 30 mins to take off of their car. Abt a hour I went to the restroom in the building woman working up front said she would call me when it was done. By 5:15 only reason we were helped was because employee was coming to tell us they were closed. My mother asked if they forgot about me his response was i guess. People were really nice whole nice, but really need to work on their communication. I do live 2 hours away. Making this whole trip over 6 hours!

Use to be a good place to get use auto parts , but since this new guy took over the place , I don’t fell like to do business with them anymore , prices very high , no more friendly people any more .! Everybody looks mad , all the time .!
