Working with Josh Beaulieu at Quirk Buick GMC in Manchester, NH was hands-down the best car-buying experience I’ve ever had. From start to finish, Josh was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely easy to work with—no pressure, no games, just straight-up great service. What really stood out was how far he went above and beyond to find exactly what we were looking for. We had a very specific vehicle in mind with particular accessories, and I honestly didn’t think it would be possible to locate one without ordering directly from the factory. Somehow, Josh made it happen. He tracked down the exact vehicle we wanted, down to the details, which is not an easy thing to do. This was a completely different experience from any dealership I’ve dealt with in the past. Everything was smooth, transparent, and actually enjoyable—which is not something I ever thought I’d say about buying a car. Gonna start off with the fact that I despise going to car dealerships. They always treat you like you’re their best friend and will do anything for you, when it’s very easy to tell that they just want to get your money and move on. They never seem to have just what you want and still end up getting your hard earned cash. Well let me tell you that Tara and Teresa at Quirk Chevy are a little bit different. You see, they are sales people, but they don’t come up to you with a pompous arrogance and a you need me more than I need you attitude. They want to help you. Quirk didn’t have exactly what I wanted and they tried everything they could to get it for me. And at one point they thought they found it, but that didn’t work out. But these guys didn’t quit. They actually found something even better than what I went in looking for, and the didn’t force it down my throat to get the sale. They were patient and very helpful. They went out of their way to find me a dream vehicle at a VERY good price. If your out car shopping and want a feel good experience and to work with people who treat you like your just as valuable as anyone else than this is the place for you. Thanks again ladies.
