I just got my new Jeep from the Marshfield location and had the best experience! I leased another Jeep about 3 years ago and do not have the greatest time with my sales guy but this time I had Jack! Jack was amazing and I highly recommend going to see him to everyone. He walked and talked me through the whole process and made sure I was happy with every step! I love the service department and now Jack restored my faith in the sales team!! ( not sure why this is posting under my daughter’s name but I’m Kristen!)

I purchased two Jeep Wagoneer vehicles within a 30-day period, so I came into this experience expecting a high level of service and consistency. Overall, the experience was fine—but nothing stood out as great or memorable. The biggest frustration came when discussing pricing. When I asked for clarification, I was told “that’s just how the tool does the pricing.” That response felt dismissive and lacked transparency. When you’re making purchases at this level—especially twice in a short window—you expect a clear, thoughtful explanation, not a generic answer that shuts down the conversation. The process itself was smooth enough, and there were no major issues, but the customer experience felt transactional rather than customer-focused. Given the size of the purchase and the repeat business, I would have expected more engagement, flexibility, or at least a better explanation around pricing.
