Brought my jeep here because it had problems starting. After doing diagnostic they told me it was either the throttle body or the engine. They replaced the throttle body which caused me about 1200$. That wasn’t the problem. So they told me it was the engine. Which was also a lie. After getting a second look at my jeep from somebody else it turns out it was not the engine. They wanted to charge me 11k to replace an engine that wasn’t faulty. Smh!! Get better techs who can diagnose cars accordingly.

We had a great experience working with Aidan at Quirk Jeep in Braintree. Buying a car is never the easiest process, but Aidan made it much smoother for us. He was patient, thoughtful, responsive, and just a very kind person throughout the entire experience. Once again, I am very disappointed in Quirk of Braintree’s service department. I was charged for a diagnostic test for engine light on and was also there for an oil change. I was told by service department my issues with their findings and was told I needed approximately $5,000 plus of work to be done. I did decline to have this work done as I wanted a second opinion, work, but I did have my oil changed. Anout three days later I went tohave a second opinion regarding my engine diagnostic light and was told my oil cap was never put back on after my oil change at Quirk and the oil had gone all over my engine. I called Quirk and they told me to bring it in and they would take care of this. I decided at that time I did not want to continue to drive my car any further and make matters worse so I had my engine cleaned, oil replaced, cap replaced and was charged $150.00 for this service at this shop. I called Quirk and asked for reimbursement for the damage caused by their mistake. I was told that it would be reported to the manager and would have someone get back to me. It’s been several weeks and I still have not received a phone call. And to top it off the other shop did not agree with Quirk’s findings. This is not my first complaint with Quirk. A few years ago I had a sunroof problem and had Quirk check out some issues I had with my sunroof in the month of June. Quirk told me it just needed to be greased and was all set… I was worried about my sunroof motor; they said it was fine .. a few months later my sunroof would not close, it was raining and I stopped at jeep and they took my car and was told it took two of them to force it shut. I did not authorize them to force it shut. Needless to say my sunroof never worked again. I wrote and called Quirk… never received either a call or a letter. Wrote and called Mr. Quirk but never ever received a courteous return call or letter. I am totally disappointed in Braintree Quirk Jeep.

We recently purchased a Jeep Cherokee here and could not be happier! The process started online with an inquiry about a specific vehicle, 2 minutes after my email, I received a phone call to set up an appointment. There are a few follow up emails to confirm the appointment. I walked in and was introduced to Eric Nelson, who we ended up buying the car from. Eric was a pleasure to work with from the jump, no b.s. We had an honest discussion about what we could afford and what the car I was trading in was worth. I feel like got fair value for my trade in and actually a bit more car than I came in expecting. He also did a great job if showing us the features of the car as we test drive and after we picked up our new vehicle. We had grate communication with Eric throughout the process. The thing I liked most about this experience is they listened to what I wanted and found the perfect match. Other dealerships in the area better not so accommodating and downright rude. I will definitely buy again from here if I get another Jeep! 2018.11.13 - Service Update Recently had my car serviced for the 2nd time here and happy to report the excellent service has continued on the service side. One particular example is Jennifer B. She accommodated me as i walked into the service dept to pick up my car as they were closing. She was willing to take the extra 10 minutes after they closed to make sure everything was squared away with my vehicle and i could go home in my own car. This is greatly appreciated, definitely going above and beyond!
