Walked in at 9:45AM and drove my beautiful new Tiguan off the lot at 4PM. This was the fastest, most efficient, wonderful car buying experience (being a repeat lesee many many times over). Leased a 2026 Tiguan SEL R-Line Turbo from Quirk Volkswagen in Braintree and overall had a really good experience. I had already been to a couple other VW dealerships before coming here and this was the first place that felt straightforward from the beginning. No pressure, no confusing numbers, just honest conversation and everything explained clearly. Renan helped me through basically the whole process including the finance side, which honestly made things a lot easier. He explained the lease numbers, coverage options, and everything else in a way that actually made sense without making it feel pushy. The Tiguan has been great so far too. Really nice interior, plenty of features, and the turbo gives it a lot more power than I expected when I first drove it. One thing I appreciated was how smooth the process was overall. Test drive was ready when I got there, communication was good throughout, and the paperwork process was quicker than most dealerships I’ve dealt with. My vehicle was sent there by Toyota Taca when trying to communicate with Jordan Jose. First communication takes hours for me to get documentation of what’s been done to my vehicle. Received a call from Volkswagen stating the vehicle is ready. When I call Jordan to ask for documentation of what’s been repaired on the vehicle. He goes on to tell me Toyota is the customer even though I’m the owner and was very rude and dismissive. All that was being asked of him was for a printout of what was fixed on my car, which I am entitled to. Was even gonna purchase a car from this place, not happening!!! Next day after picking up the vehicle, EPC light comes back on this deal. gave me paperwork stating they did all these check checks and nothing checked out today. It’s there so. Add insult to injury check engine light comes back on next day!!! sad part is even the GM called and made excuses for his staff I hung up on him took the car back to the dealership they had to buy the back!!! Toyota Taca and Dorchester and quirk lost the customer. I went to Dodge in Plymouth colonial Drive. They took care of me I own a brand new car with only 16 miles What some idiots they lost a customer who’s going to purchase a car from them to maintain a friendship…..

First let me say I hate going to dealers to buy a car but the experience at Quirk VW was amazing. Tyler did a great job getting everything setup and John really took care of every detail. I will be recommending them to everyone. No BS auto sales, what a concept.
