Régate Kia Valleyfield

I sometimes go to Kia Valleyfield for oil change and regular checks for my car. So far my experience is very positive. Staff is very friendly and professional and bilingual. Waiting times are less and the prices are fair as compared to other Kia dealerships. The facility is very clean and there is a very nice waiting area for clients with ample amount of space and sitting arrangements. Its a nice dealership for service and also for buying a vehicle.

They told me 1 hour and that I could wait. It took over 3 hours and I had 2 kids with me. They told me my baby was a lot because she was upset. My car was in the air over an hour no one even touched it. Had I known it was going to take long I could have easily found child care or something

I needed a part and when i started talking to the lady at the parts department she had a huge attitude with me. Made me feel bad for talking English so i tried to talk French and she still had attitude. I been buying kia now for 20 years and never bought from valleyfield and doubt i ever will.

Just moved to Valleyfield and went for my Kia Carnival service. Receptionist was cold and unfriendly, I also thought it was very expensive and cleaning wasn’t even proposed.

I am writing this review to warn other potential customers about the unprofessional and unethical practices at Kia Vaudreuil. ]. I put a deposit on a [2019 Mazda 3] and received confirmation from the salesperson that it was being held for me. We scheduled an appointment for me to pick up the vehicle on Monday the 6th of October. Despite receiving confirmation, I arrived from my three-hour drive from Trois Rivières ] to Kia Vaudreuil only to be told the car had been sold to someone else. I received a phone call from the dealer upon my arrival. This was a complete waste of my time and resources, including the [Number of hours] hours of travel and cost of gas. The lack of communication and disregard for our agreement is unacceptable. A deposit is meant to secure a vehicle, and the dealership failed to honor its word. This experience reflects a profound lack of respect for customers and suggests dishonest sales tactics. I would strongly advise anyone considering doing business with them to proceed with extreme caution.
