The sales staff are very friendly and willing to do what they can to make buying a vehicle from them a pleasant experience. They are not pushy at all. Just friendly and helpful. It also helps when they also have the best service shop around. Tyler and Jeffrey and Darren were great to work with, so my hat off to the entire sales team.

I would give them zero stars if that were an option. I purchased a Ford Explorer from them, and within the first month of ownership the engine had to be replaced due to a recall. This was a major issue that should have been addressed before the vehicle was sold. The entire experience was frustrating and disappointing, and I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

If we could leave less than a 1 we would. Our truck was take. In for repair. It was vandalized while in their care. We were told they could repair once tune of almost $8500, but that their insurance would not cover any of the repairs. They then offered to replace the window, but no other damages. The initial repair we took the truck in for (coolant leak) was supposedly fixed. We drove it home so we could file with our insurance and get the body work done. We got it home and it was pouring coolant and oil. We called the dealer. They accepted no responsibility.

I appreciate the professional approach of the sales team. It’s good to know they won’t try to add additional or hidden fees unlike some dealers that pile on high margin dealer installed options and multiple dealer admin fees. Jeffrey Sparks is always very diligent and follows up keeping communication going even when the buying process stalls. I’ve purchased three cars in the last 12 months from him and this dealership and it will be back.
