I had a great experience at Racicot Chrysler. Jamie is very knowledgeable, honest, and quick to respond throughout the entire process. I traded in my 10 year old vehicle, and he helped me get into a two-year-old used vehicle that my wife was looking for. He made the entire process smooth and stress-free. On top of that, Jamie has a quick, witty sense of humour that made the experience even more enjoyable. I would like to reach out and thank the people over at Racicot Chrysler who helped me in a dilemma late in the day yesterday. My car wouldn’t start, I was stuck with my kids, phone about to die and they sent out a few people to get me jumped and took the car in to be fixed, all within roughly 45min. Ava, was on the ball, incredibly kind and got our day moving like nothing happened. Kids were happy and my day was saved. Thank you again!

One of the only parts department open on Saturdays. Prices for the parts seemed to be better than the competition for the parts I got. I can't possibly give any dealership a perfect score so 4 is the highest score I have given a dealership.

Horrible service. I called about an extended warranty on my ram 1500 ( I did not purchase from here but I do live in Amherstburg so this dealership is most convenient for me) I’ve called 4 times in the last couple days trying to talk to someone about the extended warranty but every time it’s “everyone’s busy what’s the best number to get back to you at” or “ok I’ll transfer you over to blah blah blah just leave a message & we’ll get back to you”… I call AGAIN today & finally get over to the service department… the lady was nice but once again says “ok let me look into that for you.. this is the number I can call you back at?” I say yes this is the number you can call me back at. It’s been an hour now… I was looking to get other work done while my truck was there but after this horrible communication/experience I’d rather buy a ford than to ever give these people my service lol avoid this place at all cost if you can!
