Worst service ever. You schedule a test drive, they send you several massages of confirmation and reminder. You get there and the vehicle for test drive was never there.
Had a great experience dealing with Dominic in the sales department! I very much appreciated his efforts to get us the EV we wanted in addition to his proactive communications during the process. This ensured that we got the best deal possible without missing out on any incentives.

Update: They called me today and are actually trying to make it right. They proposed solution that worked for me. I can appreciate when someone is trying for real. Rating is revised to 3 stars Original review: Totally unacceptable. I had 2 appointments with them so far and they found the way to totally waste my time on both occasions. Im writing this review because the second time they just left me waiting 1h30 just to tell me they did not ordered the right light cover... just for the cover NOTHING ELSE WAS TO BE DONE... 1 HOUR AND A HALF!!!!! They are friendly but clearly not worried about doing simple things right.
