We worked with Kaston and Jesse for about 3 hours but it all paid off! We went into this process just thinking that we were going to "window shop". Our situation doesn't put us in a spot where we're guaranteed an approval for a vehicle. As a matter of fact I didn't think I would get approval at all. Jesse worked hard to find a bank for financing, and to work within my financial limits. And got us approved! Once we were approved we started working with Kaston to decide on a vehicle. We originally went here for one vehicle but found out it wasn't going to work, no fault to them just not enough seats for us. Kaston showed us vehicles within our price range, and took the time to listen to what we needed and we're looking for. At the end of the day we ended up driving away happy, and still impressed they were able to move mountains! Thank you to the whole team! Y'all are AMAZING!

I advise not to purchase a vehicle from these people. If you trade in your car and you have gap insurance you have and act of Congress trying to get your refund back. They avoid your phone calls when you trying to find out about your refund, they don’t return your calls. They don’t go over any details of the new vehicle you purchase or go over the warranty with you. The just say sign here, and here and here and shove you out the door.

While it took a little longer than we were all hoping - i couldnt be happier with Taylor and the service team. I brought them a challenging clutch issue - but they knocked it out of the park. Thanks so much.
