The collision center is amazing. I bought my ford less than a year ago and someone had hit it while I was at work. I am so glad I decided to get my car serviced here. They had it done in about a week and Andy (I think that his name) and the worker noticed that the bumper replacement that originally came in was scratched and made the decision to drive to new orleans East to pick me up a new bumper and still got it to me the same day. I was so nervous handing my car over to them as I take very good care of it and was devastated when I was hit, but the team went above and beyond to assure great quality service, I would recommend them to anybody!!

The staff was extremely helpful, and they really do try to get you the best deal possible. The care about the person, not the commission! Love these guys!!

Sena Spinks, the Service Manager, delivered a true five-star experience from the moment I arrived until the moment I left. She immediately reviewed my service needs, clearly explained the recall work being performed, and kept me updated throughout the day with excellent communication and attention to detail. What stood out most was her level of customer care. She called as soon as my vehicle was ready, made sure I knew a shuttle was available if I needed one, greeted me with a big smile when I walked in, and personally walked me to the checkout counter. A great dealership with very accommodating people. To walk in off the street with no appointment made they still catered to us and to our desires. We left feeling very good about the deal we did. I'm very happy with the with the new car in the family.
