I knew exactly what I I was looking for, and Rairdon's Kia had it at a much better price than other dealerships. The process was smooth and easy. Noah was very gracious with his time and patient as I nervously contemplated everything being the first time buying a car from a dealership. I highly recommend giving them a try. You won't be sorry buying from them!

I owe the felles at Kia a five star review . My day started and ended at the Kia dealership. Soon after I arrived I was greeted by Richard super cool and patient showed me exactly what I was after in Hybrids and EV . Even after a test drive on a ev6 which I really liked a lot !! I told Richard I was unsure a needed to keep options open and I left the dealership. While my search continuing the rest of the day, I ended back at Kia . This time greeted again by both Richard and Sage From (Stan wood ). Richard was busy with another customer so sage took over right where we left off. Except we didn’t come back for the EV . I went with a Honda CRV which I had my eye on the whole day . Everyone there was awesome from Eryn the manger to my finance expert Gabriel. He found me the best deal then even called me NEXT DAY with a better rate lower price! Good example of job never stops. Everyone Made may purchase easy, friendly and stress less. I highly recommend them ! I’ll definitely be using them again for my services and hopefully for another car purchase once they move to Smokey point !! Thanks fellas!

The one-star review in no way reflects our experience with Richard, our salesman. Richard was pleasant to work with; he was well-spoken and was informative and very easy to work with. Richard is a 5 out of 5. The whole process was pretty seamless to begin with, and we had a good experience. We love to support local and I am one not to leave negative reviews, but I am more disappointed than angry I would say. We brought the truck home we purchased this past Monday and made it a matter of only a few miles, and we had a service TPMS light (which they did agree to cover and fix soon) but then the very next day, my second time driving this vehicle another warning light appeared in and out sporadically 'Service Trailer Brake System' which now they will not honor and repair. I could understand if this was several weeks or months later, but this is all happening within a matter of miles of leaving the dealership, within a couple days. They told us the inspection on the vehicle was excellent, I would have hoped they would have stood behind that. Now I am more nervous of any further issues that were missed. I am not asking for much, if only they would make the necessary repairs, I would be happy. You would hope a few hundred-dollar repair would be an easy decision to keep your customer happy and keep us coming back for future vehicle purchases. With a wide network of family, friends, and colleagues in Whatcom and Skagit county I'd love to be able to give my full recommendation and send many potential customers to Rairdon's Kia in Burlington. But at this time unless this is resolved, I will not recommend due to this experience.

Our experience was absolutely amazing! Everyone was so helpful, open, non pushy, polite, and informative. I would definitely recommend them to anyone! I love my new vehicle and will be back when I need another one. Thank you all so much!!
