He went above and beyond to get us the best deal possible and made sure everything was smooth and stress-free. What truly stood out was that he even personally assisted us with arranging the insurance for the car, which showed his dedication to customer service and something you guys might be unheard of..he drove the Car from Moncton to Halifax to deliver it to us irrespective of the fact was he was coming down to Halifax , its the upfront initiative taken by him to offer a helping hand. A special shoutout as well to Ritu, the Finance Specialist, who was incredibly helpful and efficient. She helped us secure a great deal on extra coverages, while also speeding up the documentation and approval process seamlessly. 1 Star – Complete failure on a brand new car – Do Do NOT buy from this dealer I bought a brand new 2025 Hyundai Tucson just 5 months ago, and the check engine light has now come on for the THIRD time at only ~12,000 km (first time at 10,000 km). It was at the dealer twice before for the exact same issue, and the light has now returned even after they “fixed” it. Today the light went off on its own again, but when I called the service department, they said they have no availability until next week and casually suggested I just keep driving it — with zero alternatives or urgency. I’m forced to continue my daily commutes (including 40+ km drives for work) in a new car with a recurring problem that could be dangerous. This is completely unacceptable for a vehicle still under full factory warranty (plus I have an extended warranty on top). The lack of urgency, poor diagnosis, and failure to provide any real solution after multiple visits is shocking. I’ve tried many times to reach the service manager with no success. Once they have your money in their pocket, you clearly don’t matter anymore. They seem to prioritize routine tire changes and other appointments over legitimate warranty concerns on brand-new vehicles. This experience has completely destroyed my trust in both the vehicle and this dealership. I will be escalating this to Hyundai Canada immediately. I strongly advise anyone considering buying here to look elsewhere and save yourself the headache, wasted time, rental costs, and potential safety risk. Zero urgency. Zero accountability. Never again.
