I am retiring now and after many decades of buying nothing but used cars and, I decided to go for it and buy my first NEW CAR (SUV). I wanted luxury, comfort, and value and after doing quite a bit of research and test rides I decided the only car that checked all the boxes was the newly released 2026 Hyundai Palisade Hybrid Cali. Then I visited a few of the Hyundai dealerships in the areaand knew immediately from the moment I was greeted by staff, I was going to buy my new Palisades from Ralph Sellers Hyundai. My experience was phenomenal…shout out to Danny, Antonio, Jay, and Bessie…each in their own way making the buying experience positive, personal, and more than doing an auto transaction. Great people, who genuinely care! So, today, after many years of buying someone else’s new car, I drove away from the Ralph Sellers team in my first brand new car EVER. Parker was my salesman seamless process was to the point. Understood the budget that I had and he worked hard to get the deal sealed. I had the absolute pleasure of purchasing a car from Ralph sellers Hyundai! I work 12hr shifts so it was kinda difficult to drive an hour and half away and But MR. Besse was absolutely 10/10 amazing she did all my paperwork over the phone sent pictures and kept me updated so whenever I went in I just had to sign pay and get the keys so I could make it home for another 12hr shift!
