I went to Ram Country, To get a oil change and tires rotated on my Ram Lonestar. I was talking to Shannon the GM about a Ram Rebel , I saw on the lot . Shannon said wait a minute. And come back with a quote on my Lonestar and the price on the Ram Rebel . I said, let me think about it. Shannon said go ahead drive the truck. He said Dakota (the dog) can go too . Clay Sims and I went for a test drive. I drove the Rebel, let me tell you I fell in love. The truck was fantastic, Great sound system, heated seats , beautiful interior. And the hemi sounding so good. Tool boxes on the outside of the truck bed. We get back to the dealership and I said okay . Let's deal . So I went in for a oil change and went home with a new to me Ram Rebel 1500 4x4 . Thank you to Shannon and Tammy Pierce, Clay Sims (salesman) and the whole service team for taking care of my Lonestar and getting my new Ram Rebel truck ready to go. If you are looking for a New Ram Truck or used truck or car . You have to go to Ram Country in Mineral Wells ,Texas. And talk to their great sales team. Came in because of the “$0 down / $199/month” ads — which already feel pretty misleading — but the experience somehow got worse from there. They had me run my credit (which I regret) and told me it would take about 20 minutes. I ended up sitting in the waiting area for over an hour (1 hour and 10 minutes) with zero updates. No one checked in, no communication, nothing. I eventually just got up and left. That level of disregard for someone’s time is unacceptable. If something is delayed, fine — but at least communicate. Leaving a customer sitting there after running their credit with no follow-up is just poor business practice. On top of that, I still never got a clear answer on what vehicle actually qualifies for the advertised deal. It feels like the ads are just there to get people in the door. Between the misleading pricing, pushing a credit check upfront, and the complete lack of communication, I would not recommend this dealership. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere that respects your time and is upfront about pricing.

Justin helped my wife out tremendously to get us a new vehicle and we unfortunately could get a car due to our credit but that didn’t stop him from treating us with the upmost respect and kindness and said if we have any questions or concerns to txt or call him and crazy thing is tonight we got a flat and miraculously someone pulled over and Justin stepped out to help !!! Thank you so so much when we’re able to we’re definitely buying from Justin.

JD was absolutely AMAZING! Helped us get out from one truck to a newer and nicer one! Was also so great and patient with our kids! Family friendly place helps a ton during a long process!
