Ramey Chevrolet Princeton

I have always had a great experience at Ramey. My go to salesman Michael Walker always goes above and beyond during and after the sale. Me and my family buy all our cars from Michael.

Bought a 2018 Express 2500 conversion van sight unseen. As soon as I got the van, had transmission shudder and needed front suspension redone. Dealer did split cost with me on front suspension and I was grateful for that. After misdiagnosing the transmission shudder for a few months, I finally replaced the torque converter after replacing MAF sensor and spark plugs. After doing extensive research, these transmissions are notorious for bad torque converter misdiagnoses. Now I have to drop $10,000 on a transmission. Whoever traded this vehicle in didn’t want to pay to fix it, and the dealer decided to just throw it out for sale knowing it needed a transmission and didn’t have the decency to tell me. Beyond angry.

Easy to work with,,, I have 3 vehicles in my driveway thanks to Anthony Lambert and the fellas at Ramey's Dodge and Chrysler... I am satisfied with each one... The payments are low and the vehicles are nothing below my expectations... Normally a dealership will choose a vehicle in white or black and say this is what we can get ya into, but at Ramey's Dodge and Chrysler in Princeton WV, they seen what I wanted and gladly helped me take them home... Thank You All for not only making my payments low and on budget but for allowing me to get the car's I wanted. I'll definitely do business with you all again.
