Some time has passed since this had happened but wanted to finally post a review about it. But was looking at a Jeep Gladiator. Wanted to check out the vehicle at least and a possible test drive but the salesman I dealt with was wanting to run numbers first. (Guess he didn’t want to waste his time or something like that) and this was after I had asked for the sales person I had prior and he didn’t want to give me a straight answer if Kayla was still working there or not. I tried to go along with it. Mind you this is without even test driving the vehicle and seeing the interior. Gave me the payment options and everything and I honestly liked what I saw, I just wanted to talk to my father first because he had more experience but he wasn’t answering his phone at the time. So I told the salesperson that I would have to come back that evening. He wanted me to put a 1000 dollar deposit down (WITHOUT EVEN SEEING THE VEHICLE FIRST). He wasn’t wanting to give me the keys back to my vehicle until I raised my voice. He got hateful and decided to harass me through text message after I left. Manager reached out and kept trying to lower the payment. The payment was not an issue at all. It was the simple fact that I wanted to talk to my dad first and see if he thought it was a reasonable deal as well and this guy was actually being rude to me because of that. You shouldn’t force someone to put a deposit down when they haven’t even got to test drive or see the vehicle. This was back in 2023 and I still can’t get the sour taste out of my mouth. I honestly loved this place prior to this experience because I had bought a brand new 2015 jeep wrangler from this dealer almost 8 years before this. So advice I can give to anyone looking to buy here is do not let them force you to do numbers before you’ve even looked at the vehicle you came to look at and definitely don’t let them bully you into a deposit. I don’t blame Kayla Dent for leaving this dealership what so ever. And I now do my business with Bill Cole.
Mr. Crabtree and his crew at Ramey does a wonderful job. We take all of our vehicles here. He helped us remedy our daughters car. We had taken her car to another prominent local dealership where the car was purchased for an oil change and they charged us for the oil change but didnt put any oil in the car. It could've been alpt worse than it was, but Mr. Crabtree and his crew at Ramey took care of us.
We did everything the sales person asked to reserve the vehicle. Paid a non refundable 500 immediately after driving an hour that direction get a text message that they sold it out from under. Still have not gotten my 500 dollars back. This is my first one star review via Google. I Will never buy a car from Ramey
I brought my truck through the express oil change for an oil change and tire rotation. They refused to do the tire rotation even though it’s on My app my tire rotation is past due. They say my tires are wearing evenly and my alignment is right on. First off I didn’t ask for that. I asked for my tires to be rotated. Second they didn’t put it up on an alignment machine so they wouldn’t know. If the recommendation from Chevy is to have my tires rotated and the customer brings it in for exactly that then rotate the tires. I wasted hours of my time for them not to do anything. Sounds like people didn’t want to do their job. They are not Chevrolet employees or even the manufacturer to ensure I don’t lose my warranty on anything. I would definitely not recommend going to the express lane for an oil change, tire rotation or frankly for anything. They shouldn’t be open.
Service department is a joke had my vehicle for over 2 weeks could not find problem although they did charge me for some repairs that not sure it needed, took it to another dealership they found problem in 1 hour. Save yourself the headache and go anywhere else
