Ramsay's Honda Auto Sales

I am reaching out regarding a serious paint issue affecting my Honda vehicle. I purchased this vehicle in February 2020/2021, and within only a few years, the paint began peeling prematurely. This has been extremely disappointing, especially considering Honda’s reputation for quality and durability. As soon as I noticed the issue in 2023, I contacted my local dealership and was directed to Steve Lewis Auto Body for a repair estimate. I followed the proper steps promptly and documented the condition of the vehicle. This issue occurred well before what should be considered a normal lifespan for automotive paint. The peeling is not only affecting the appearance and value of my vehicle, but it has also caused significant frustration and stress. I am respectfully requesting that Honda Canada review my case for goodwill assistance or coverage toward the repair costs. I have remained loyal to the Honda brand and hope Honda will stand behind the quality of its vehicles and customer satisfaction. I would appreciate a response regarding the next steps and what information or documentation you may require from me. Thank you for your time and consideration

Zack, Owen, Andrew- I know I'm missing names. I apologize, as every team member deserves praise/ recognition. The employees at Ramsays work together to make your your purchase seamless. I have purchased two vehicles from them and HIGHLY recommend. Kind, professional, and informative.

These guys are only nice and helpful when trying to sell you a vehicle. As soon as you are out the door they don't care. We had a leaky gasket dripping oil onto our starter. The gasket was replaced in warranty. A couple months later, same issue, gasket leaking oil onto my starter, this time the starter failed. They replaced the gasket a second time, but refused to cover the starter replacement. After asking them and being refused many times to fix the issue their faulty gasket caused we went straight to Honda Canada and they refused as well. Finally after weeks of being told no, they finally relented, and covered the cost. However, this caused us much stress in our already stressful life, and I'll never forget how they treated us. Two stars because they eventually did the work. If we buy another Honda, it will be off island.

Amazing service! They did everything they could to get me in an affordable car that suited all my needs. If you're looking for an honest salesman that will give you what you need, I certainly recommend asking for Jason Hardy!
