They fixed it, so far no problems and they cleaned my car back up the way I had it before the towing. The staff was very helpful and friendly. If you're looking for something different than every other car on the road . Randy Wise Motor car's has a great selection of top of the line use and new BMW and Mercedes Benz all types from SUV to Comfortable convertibles that will blow the doors off your current ride. The facility was well maintained and clean. Easy to find exit 108 Holy Rd Grand Blanc 1/4 mile on the right side of the road. I do recommend don't make the mistake of taking your Mercedes Benz to a mechanic that's not Certified by Mercedes Benz. If you do you may have to deal with excessive tow dual diagnosis fees from the uncertified mechanic and the actual Mercedes Benz mechanic that is certified. This is a problem if you're vehicle needs codes or locks up in anti theft. Your uncertified mechanic will have to send it to a certified Mercedes Benz technician adding to a timely delay and unnecessary expenses. Trust me aprox $365 something for a diagnosis from a uncertified garage " because it is a Benz" +$75. For towing+$89. Tow to a certified Mercedes Benz dealership. And another diagnosis fee that was added to the cost of final repairs. Not going to mention the uncertified garage that did the first diagnosis. That should of known they wouldn't be able to complete as they led me to believe. Because they doubled their fee because the car had to get dropped directly in their garage because it was locked in anti theft. I need other repairs on my good ole American trucks. So hopefully they will make it right. Because I hate posting negative reviews. Especially when Google informed me I have over 68000, readers of my reviews recently. Maybe this was just an oversight on what they could do.

As somebody who worked in dealers for awhile, is very familiar with right or wrong at a dealer and seen many things. Randy Wise Motor Cars are by far one of the most respectful, hard working, and considerate dealers in the country. Chris in Service is the true definition of class. If every dealership had a Chris there would be little to none bad reviews. Chris i’ve truly never met a Service Advisor as patient, understanding, considerate, and WILLING TO WORK like you. Over in the sales side, Mike & John you guys are the best! every time i’m in for service you strike up a wonderful convo, remember things about my life and family. You guys are wonderful and make the buying process how it should be. Who ever hired these 3 you did a wonderful job, all the others i’ve meant in the store have been so wonderful aswell! Please think twice before bringing your vehicle anywhere besides here! I drive 30+ minutes farther then my LOCAL BMW due to the fact how top notch these guys are.

I’ve bought two cars from Randy Wise Motorcars—a Mercedes first and later a BMW. And honestly, every step of the process was smooth and stress-free. The team was helpful, patient and really made me feel confident in my choices. What stood out even more was how great the service department has been afterward. They always take good care of my cars and make sure I’m well taken care of as a customer. Overall, a really positive experience I’d happily recommend to anyone looking for a new vehicle.

They were true professionals. They were attentive to our questions and handled everything in a professional manner. The vehicle that was purchased from them had to be shipped to Illinois. They chose a great shipping company. The car was delivered on time with no issues. They are truly the best.

This dealership earned our business for being candid, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. John Counts was great to work with. He wasn’t pushy or overbearing. He gave us space to look around but took notes on our preferences to help us find the right vehicle. We had been to a couple of other dealerships, but he definitely knew what he was talking about without lying about what he thought function were. Also their website does a pretty solid job of giving you pictures of the actual vehicle in lieu of the stock photos. That was my biggest annoyance when shopping online. Great team there and glad I made my choice to go with them!
