My daughter had an appointment at noon today (2-1-20) with these people to check out a 1999 Jeep they had for sale. My daughter made a 4.5 hour trip to keep that appointment. When we got there the lady told us they had sold it yesterday. They had all of her contact info and knew she was traveling a long distance but never bothered to contact her to tell her it had sold. VERY ROTTEN customer service. I cannot even give them one star.

I just purchased a 01 Chevy tahoe from tyson and his wife. They worked with me on paying for the tahoe in 2 payments since my card wouldn't let me go over a spending limit. I found out driving it home that the air conditioner wasn't working, so I let them know the following day. Tyson was awesome with helping to make sure that even though I bought the tahoe as is with no warranty that I was not driving without a/c with 2 kids. He tried putting freeon in it and that wasn't the issue, so he picked my vehicle up from my job and took it to have it fixed. Then about 2 weeks later it quit working again (different issue this time) my tension pulley went out. He went out of his way to make sure it was fixed when he didn't have to. Awesome service! If the people that had issues with buying a car from him would've called and talked to him, I'm almost positive he would've been more than willing to make it right! Thank you tyson and kristina! Will definitely be back when we need another vehicle

Bought a truck from here and the day after the check engine light was on. He wrote me a check for $500 back and that was it.. now I’m $3000 into this truck and it’s still has the same problem. If you buy from here make sure you get some sort of warranty other than that they are good people and didn’t push me into buying the truck.

Bought a pretty decent truck at a great price here. People are friendly. They don't jump on you when you pull onto the lot either. Nice, family-owned business.
