Mike was super helpful and answered any questions I had regarding the vehicle. There was no pressure when it came to actually buying the vehicle, they pulled it up for me and gave me all the time in the world to examine the car and to test drive it. I would recommend to anyone looking for a used and reliable vehicle.

6/16/26 UPDATE: I will not attempt to argue with this business regarding the nuances of the repairs required on the vehicle. My review is limited to their post-purchase actions and communications in an effort to save face on the internet. The purpose of my review is to give potential customers our personal experience with this company and to recommend proceeding with caution. This experience is not based on lies or fictious accounts of what happened and the intention is not to bully them by any means. Several of the previous reviews with similar accounts go bacK further than before we purchased the vehicle, and any business that attempts to forward false narratives about what "actually" occurred should be approached with caution and skepticism. **** ORIGINAL REVIEW: My husband and I bought a 2018 ford expedition from Ravmotors back in March 2026. Since then, we have spent a few thousand dollars on repairs. While disappointing, this is not the heart of my review. Rather, it is their actions in response to our experience. First, after my husband left a Google review outlining his experience, Rav Motors responded eager and willing to "make it right". After my husband provided proof of the repairs and invoices for service, they offered him $300 but said that they were going to hold the check until he changed his Google review. My husband did not accept the check. Instead, he updated his Google review to reflect this encounter and again, Rav Motors responded to his online comments in a way that made them out to appear customer focused. Via a phone call on 6/15/26 the manager, Roman, assured my husband that they inspect the breaks and if they are below 70% they fix them before sale. My husband asked for proof of the technicians report showing this, and Roman wasn't willing to send it. The conversation ended with him telling my husband he could bring him to small claims court. They are now trying to discredit my husbands Google review rather than taking accountability for their attempt to coerce my husband into changing his review. it is disheartening that they care more about their online presence and reputation more than actually "making it right". We initially had a generally positive experience when we purchased this vehicle. However, in looking at many of their reviews, it appears my husband's post purchase experience is not uncommon. Overall, I recommend proceeding with extreme caution before purchasing a vehicle from this company.

We had a great experience and found a car that fit all of our requirements. Prices are reasonable and we are happy with the car we got. Had a good customer service experience and Mike was very helpful. Would recommend.

Bought a dodge ram here Years ago, had like 20k miles super deal due to being salvage which im ok with, but since having it, shocks, truck wouldnt sit right been a hassle all the time, I never talked to them or complained. Well just switch out to shocks deleting air shocks, went to a shop with a frame rack and the frame is so bent that is reason i been having all these issues, which makes sense, hit on the left side before buying and that is where its at - inch off- couldnt all tell with air shocks cause they move and kind of hid the issue - Probably nothing they can do now but they just fix up cars for you to believe theyre"mint" again - stay away from the cheap buy NOT WORTH IT

They are so nice and eager when selling you a car. Then completely ghost you when the pile they sold breaks down a week later. Left 5 messages and every time the manager will call you back and never does. Maybe he doesn’t exist.
